1. Who operates this website

The terms published on mantrachain.io name MANTRA Chain Association as the operator of this website. They say that the Association "only operates the blockchain, MANTRA Chain, but does not provide or offer any products or services". Its jurisdiction, company number and registered address are not published.

By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use it.

2. No offer and no investment advice

Nothing on this website is an offer or an invitation to buy or sell a virtual asset, a security or any other financial product, in any country. The pages give general information. They are not investment, legal or tax advice, and they take no account of your circumstances.

Services offered at mantra.finance are provided by Mantra Finance FZE, a separate MANTRA Group company, under that company's own terms. Mantra Finance FZE is licensed by VARA under VASP Licence VL/25/02/001. That licence does not extend to MANTRA Chain Association or to this website. The detail is in licences and regulatory disclosures.

3. Risks you accept

When you use the site, the network or a token on it, you accept that:

• a virtual asset can lose all of its value;
• a transaction you sign on a public blockchain is final, and the Association cannot reverse it;
• you alone hold your wallet, and a lost seed phrase or private key cannot be restored;
• software can fail or be exploited, as MANTRA Chain was on 20 August 2026;
• rules differ by country, and following the ones that apply to you is your responsibility.

4. Third-party services, liability and governing law

Wallets, bridges, exchanges, validators and applications named or linked on this site are run by third parties. The Association does not control them and is not responsible for their services, their fees or their security.

The site is provided as it is. Liability is limited as far as the applicable law allows. The governing law and the courts that hear disputes are not published.

One product has its own document. The licence agreement for the MANTRA Chain Mainnet RPC Node image on Google Cloud Marketplace, last updated on 25 June 2025, names MANTRA Ventures Limited, a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands, as licensor.

The privacy policy covers personal data. Questions about these terms go to the address in the contact details.
