General enquiries
Write to [email protected] about the website, the network or anything that has no other address on this page. It is the address given in the site's privacy policy. If your question is about a transfer, include the transaction hash. Never include a seed phrase or a private key. The frequently asked questions may already hold the answer.
Institutions and tokenization projects

Report phishing or a security issue
What MANTRA Chain will never ask for
Your seed phrase, your private key or your wallet password. Nobody from MANTRA Chain will ask you to send coins in order to verify, unlock or upgrade a wallet.
To report a phishing site, a fake profile or a suspected vulnerability, write to [email protected] with the address or handle, a screenshot and the time you saw it. Before you connect a wallet, check the address bar against the list of official domains above.
No status page is published on mantrachain.io. A block explorer such as mantrascan.io shows whether blocks are being produced. What happened on 20 August 2026, and what changed afterwards, is on the page about security and how to report an issue.

Complaints
- Email your complaint. Say what happened, when, and what outcome you want. The address for each company is on the complaints page.

Complaints about exchange, brokerage or investment services go to Mantra Finance FZE, the company that provides them. If its final response does not settle the matter, you can escalate to VARA, which licenses that company under VASP Licence VL/25/02/001, through the VARA complaint form.
