Learn: guides to RWA tokenization, tokenized real estate and UAE rules
This hub collects MANTRA Chain's guides to RWA tokenization. Start with three long guides: what RWA tokenization is, how a tokenized property is structured from title to exit, and how the UAE regulates it. Each guide cites primary sources, shows its publication and review dates, and is for information only, not investment advice.

What this hub covers and who it is for
The learn hub is the index of every guide on this site. It is written for readers who want to understand tokenization before they act on it: a property owner or a fund manager weighing an issue, a compliance officer mapping the licences, a developer choosing a token standard, a holder of the MANTRA coin, and anyone who has met the term "RWA" and wants a plain account of it. No guide assumes that you hold crypto, and none asks you to buy anything.
The subject is real-world asset (RWA) tokenization: recording rights in an off-chain asset, such as a building, a fund unit or a loan, as tokens on a blockchain. Three long guides cover it from three sides. The first explains the general model: the steps from asset to token, the three legal structures and the points where a tokenized asset can fail. The second follows one asset class, property, from the land registry to the investor's exit. The third maps the regulators of the United Arab Emirates, because the rulebook that applies depends on where the issuer is based and on what the token represents.
MANTRA describes its network as an EVM-compatible Layer 1 blockchain for real-world assets, so these guides come from a party with a commercial interest in the subject. They are written to be checked. Each one cites regulator rulebooks, public registers and dated first-party statements, lists its sources at the end and shows when it was published and last reviewed. Where a fact could not be confirmed, the page says so. The overview of what MANTRA Chain is and who runs it describes the network and the companies behind it, and the page about MANTRA Chain holds the table of legal entities.
The hub is also a map. Below the three guides, the topics are grouped under four headings, each with links to the page that holds the detail: the RWA tokenization platform, real estate tokenization on MANTRA Chain, the MANTRA token and staking, network fees and the security record. Two reading paths suggest an order, one for newcomers and one for issuers and institutions. Short definitions are in the tokenization glossary, and questions about the company, the coin and the August 2026 incident are answered in the MANTRA Chain FAQ.
Nothing here is investment, legal or tax advice. A guide can explain how a structure works. It cannot tell you whether a particular token suits you, and it does not replace the offering documents of an issuer or the advice of a licensed professional.

The three guides divide the subject between them and do not repeat each other. The legal models and the general buyer checklist are set out once, in the first guide. The Land Department certificate and the REIT comparison are set out once, in the second. The map of regulators is set out once, in the third.

Tokenization basics
Start with the general model. The guide to how real-world assets become tokens separates the token from the legal structure behind it and shows where each can fail. The tokenization platform page then describes what the chain itself supplies to an issuer: the stack, the token standards and the compliance model. The glossary defines a real-world asset, tokenization and the issuer. Planned next, not yet published: a checklist for choosing a tokenization platform and a guide to the risks of RWA tokenization.
Real estate and other asset classes
Property is the asset class the guides treat in depth. The guide to tokenized property, from title to exit explains which right a property token carries and where the title stays. The page on real estate tokenization in Dubai and the UAE sets out the roles, the licences and MANTRA's dated property announcements. Related terms: special purpose vehicle (SPV), custodian and redemption. Planned next, not yet published: tokenized real estate compared with REITs, and the Dubai Land Department's tokenization pilot.
Regulation and compliance
The map of UAE tokenization regulators covers VARA in Dubai, the DFSA in the DIFC, the FSRA in ADGM and the federal level. For MANTRA's own position, the page on MANTRA licences and the register entry reproduces every field: Mantra Finance FZE holds VARA VASP Licence VL/25/02/001, and MANTRA Chain Association, which operates the chain, holds no licence. Risks are set out in the risk disclosure statement. Related terms: asset-referenced virtual asset (ARVA), VASP and white paper. Planned next, not yet published: what a VARA licence is, the DIFC and ADGM rules, and MiCA and tokenization.
The network, the token and staking
The page on the MANTRA token: supply, staking and risks holds the dated supply figures and the full staking block. Gas, staking and bridge costs are on the fees page, and the account of the August 2026 incident is on the security page. The figures on those pages come from MANTRA's weekly transparency reports; 21 were listed on 11 October 2026 (mantrachain.io/transparency/). Related terms: validator, staking, unbonding and ERC-3643. Planned next, not yet published: how to stake MANTRA step by step, and ERC-3643 explained.
