1. Who is responsible for your data
MANTRA Chain Association issues the privacy policy published on mantrachain.io and is the controller of the personal data described here. Its jurisdiction and registered address are not published. The page on who operates this website lists the MANTRA companies.
This policy covers the website mantrachain.io. Apps and services on other MANTRA domains are outside it.
2. What we collect and why
Data you give us
When you email us we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you write. We use it to answer you and to keep a record of the exchange.
Technical data
The web server logs each request: IP address, date and time, the page requested and the browser's user agent. Logs keep the site available and help us investigate abuse. These pages load no analytics, advertising or other third-party scripts and set no tracking cookies. The typeface is served by Google Fonts, so your browser sends a request, with your IP address, to Google.
On-chain data is public
Transactions on MANTRA Chain are public and permanent. Anyone can read a wallet address, its balances and its history in a block explorer. The website does not control that record, and a deletion request cannot reach it.

4. Your rights and how to contact us
You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it and ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and say which request you are making. We may ask you to confirm that the email address is yours.
The data-protection law that applies, and the authority you can complain to, depend on where the Association is established. If our answer does not settle the matter, use the complaints procedure. Use of the site is covered by the terms of use.
